  • Rates are unit per rental day.
  • All rentals must be All rentals must be registered, signed and post return, filed.
  • Every rental requires leaving a security value, equivalent to the product commercial price.
  • The guarantee is an essential requirement for rental. This can be left in cash or by a credit card voucher.
  • Once the equipment is returned and received to the satisfaction of the work team, the guarantee will be refunded (cash) or canceled (credit card).
  • In the event that the equipment suffers an esthetic damage (extra to normal wear) or functional damages that compromise its safety and performance, the guarantee will be charged for repair (in case of minor damage) or total product replacement (in case of loss or infunctionality). In case of replacement, the customer will keep the original equipment.
  • The equipment can be picked up the day before of the rental dates from 5:00 p.m.
  • The equipment must be returned the day after the rental dates, until 5:00 p.m.
  • In case of delay returning the equipment according to the established times, the rental value of the equipment will be charged for each day of delay, up to a maximum of 5 days.
  • If the equipment is not returned during the next 5 days of the rental period, the guarantee will be charged.
  • Equipment is delivered in good condition, dry and clean to the satisfaction of the customer, so it must be returned in the best possible conditions. It is the responsibility of the client the care and proper use of the rented equipment.
  • All equipment must be picked up and returned only in Lonely Summits Office.
